Brain Drain, is also known as “The human capital flight”. It can be simply defined as the mass emigration of technically skilled people from one country to another country or one company to another.Brightest people always choose to be at the side of innovation companies. When tech companies reorganizes or restructures because of loosing innovation power, smart people starts to escape to other bright companies. For example in 2010 Google wore off and lost its top skilled people. Despite of raising salaries and buying some new companies, brain drain of Google still continued.
